About the Role

To work as directed within relevant plant sections to product, with optimum efficiency and safety,
the required quantities and qualities of products

a. Main Tasks
▪ Maintain section in a safe, neat and clean operating condition at all times
▪ To ensure that all finished products meet quality specifications, packaging, labelling and
quantity requirements prior to transfer to store
▪ Follow up with Quality Control personnel with respect to completion of batches for packaging
and dispatch
▪ To undertake production processes as directed such as handling raw materials, batching,
mixing, weighing off etc
▪ To ensure the raw materials put back to the proper location after produce and forklift are
kept in a safe and well maintained
▪ To undertake all production processes according to the relevant Batch Sheets and Work
Instructions to ensure product quality standards are maintained
▪ Participate in stock take as directed by Logistic
▪ Perform other duties as requested by the Production Supervisor. This may include coverage
of other people’s work when on leave


b. Safety
▪ To ensure EHS compliance as per Sika policy and EHS minimum requirements
▪ Reports any hazards immediately adhering to superior or EHS personnel
▪ Comply to Sika Life Saving Rule
▪ Participate in EHS related training


c. Others
▪ Any other tasks assigned from time to time


d. Security
▪ Maintain Sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding
confidential information
▪ Maintain confidentiality of formulation at all times

Your Skills and Experience

  • Able to read and write
  • Minimum primary academic qualification
